Scope:
This development encountered several technical and regulatory challenges, including mobile home ordinance constraints, dual pipeline crossings, and an asbestos water line crossing that had to be accommodated in order to connect to the final drainage outfall. Our Team worked closely with the City of Houston permitting teams on getting the required variances and approvals. Included water, sanitary, paving, lift station, and detention facilities.
