A licensed professional engineer and owner of Pro E Consulting, Justin earned his degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and has been licensed since 2009. With more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering and site development, he provides technical leadership and strategic direction across a wide range of projects. His background includes guiding teams through complex design challenges while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client objectives.
Justin is known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to building lasting client relationships through clear communication and thoughtful problem-solving. His leadership supports Pro E’s vision for consistent project delivery, operational excellence, and long-term growth. By fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism, he plays a key role in advancing both team development and client success.
Based in Houston with his wife, Kelly, Justin values balance between professional leadership and family life. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and hosting game nights. He also maintains a personal appreciation for classic films, reflecting his sense of nostalgia and character-driven approach to both life and leadership.
A civil engineer with more than 15 years of experience in structural design and site development. She holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering, bringing a strong technical foundation and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to every project she supports.
Her expertise includes drainage design, stormwater management, and site grading for commercial, residential, and industrial developments. Throughout the project lifecycle—from early planning and permitting through final construction—Soodeh plays an integral role in design development, detailed engineering calculations, and preparation of construction documentation. Her attention to detail and technical proficiency help ensure designs are both efficient and aligned with project objectives.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and has been licensed in Civil Engineering since 2010. His career is grounded in analytical problem-solving, design coordination, and project execution, allowing him to approach engineering challenges with a broad technical perspective and a focus on practical, constructible solutions.
Steve is recognized for his steady leadership, collaborative mindset, and ability to guide project teams through complex technical requirements while maintaining alignment with client goals and regulatory standards. Residing in Katy, Texas with his wife, Kara, and their three children, Steve values community involvement and family life. A Project Manager at Pro E Consulting, Kendra began her engineering career in 2018 and has progressed through roles as a CAD Technician, Project Coordinator, and Assistant Project Manager. She leads projects from concept through completion, bringing experience across multifamily, mobile home, industrial, restaurant, and mixed-use retail developments.
Kendra is recognized for her strong work ethic, organization, and clear communication, ensuring teams stay aligned and projects run efficiently. Outside of work, she enjoys teaching CPR, traveling, live music, anime, and strategic games like chess and immersive video games.

He earned his degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and applies a proactive, solutions-focused approach to every project from initial concept through final construction.
