Scope:
Mixed use building with a ground floor retail space for Lily Rain and a 2-story garage apartment with direct access to a private alley. With this project being located in the historic Houston Heights neighborhood, utility connections in Yale Street were a challenge due to the age of existing infrastructure. Our team worked closely with the City of Houston Taps and Water department to creatively troubleshoot several obstruction issues and successfully provide utilities to the site. Services provided include Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, Underground Stormwater Detention, Paving, and Alley Improvements.
